auscyclopedia does not track, profile, or store information about its visitors.

What we collect

Nothing. No analytics. No cookies. No fingerprinting. No third-party scripts. The site is static HTML served from a CDN.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp) for short retention for security and abuse-prevention purposes. These logs are not used for analytics, profiling, or advertising, and are not shared with third parties.

Outbound links

Pages link to external sources (data.gov.au, the Bureau of Statistics, Hansard, news outlets, court records, and others). Those sites have their own privacy policies. We do not control them.

If this changes

If we add analytics, an email signup, a dispute form, or anything else that collects information, this page will be updated and the change dated. We will not retroactively track anyone.
